TAKING CARE OF OURSELVES IS ALSO A PRIORITY: MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK AT HOTCORE

At Hotcore, wellbeing is more than a physical goal: it’s a way of living.
We believe in holistic health that combines strength, awareness and emotional balance. Because we don’t just come to sweat: we come to transform.

That’s why Mental Health Awareness Week holds an essential place in our community. It’s a necessary pause amid the noise, a chance to make space for what we feel and what we need. It’s a way of telling ourselves  — and those around us — that it’s okay to ask for help, that it’s okay to stop, that it’s okay to feel.

Throughout this week, we open our doors (and hearts) to offer experiences that let us reconnect with the present, with the body and with the mind.

Here’s everything we’ve prepared for you:

Monday 12 May | 20:15hRocket Yoga with Mafe Liz
Energy, rhythm and release: that’s how a Rocket Yoga class feels. Mafe guides us through an intense, liberating practice that strengthens the body while inviting you to let go of emotional blocks. No previous experience needed, just the urge to move with awareness and presence.

🌙 Tuesday 13 May | 20:15h Sound Healing A sound experience to calm the nervous system and restore your energy. Through sound, we create a space of deep relaxation and balance. A journey inward that harmonises what words sometimes can’t name.

📝 Wednesday 14 May | 11:00h Journaling with Mónica Valls Connecting with yourself through writing. With Mónica Valls of @thewellco._, we’ll explore journaling as a practice to order thoughts, release emotions and listen again to that inner voice we so often ignore. Thanks to @naturas.es, every participant will receive a journal as a gift to continue this process with intention.

🧘‍♀️ Thursday 15 May | 20:15h Guided meditation with Aroa Bajo We close the week with a deep meditation to return to our centre. Aroa will guide us through a practice that integrates the therapeutic benefits of essential oils by @pranarom_es. A multisensory experience to close cycles, give thanks and start again from calm.

Why do we do it? Because we believe that moving the body also moves your energy. Because every conscious breath is an act of self-care. Because true wellbeing is born from the balance between the physical, the emotional and the mental. And because when one of us takes care of herself, the whole community grows stronger.

This week isn’t just about activities: it’s about you. About what you need to feel better. About reconnecting with yourself, with your purpose, with your wellbeing.

We want this Mental Health Awareness Week to be a reminder that you’re not alone, that taking care of yourself is a powerful and necessary act. And that at Hotcore you’ll always find a safe space to do it.

We’ll be waiting for you.

Your mental health matters. And here, it’s a priority.
