Our most intense and energetic session. Hotcore Power combines strength, cardio and endurance in a dynamic, high-intensity workout. You’ll alternate between cardiovascular blocks and strength exercises that activate the entire body, keeping your heart rate elevated and your energy high from start to finish. A challenging, powerful and addictive workout suitable for all levels.

Hotcore Sculpt is a low-impact full-body workout built around precise, controlled movements. This session combines strength, stability and mobility to tone and strengthen every muscle group, delivering an intense yet low impact experience.
