We ask clients to stay on their mat during the session. If you need to leave, please do so discreetly and do not re-enter the room.

Yes. All sessions are designed by qualified professionals and are safe for most participants. However, they are not suitable for individuals with heart or respiratory conditions or for pregnant women.

What temperature is it?

Between 30°C and 35°C.

It depends on how you book: Unlimited members: €4 late cancellation fee and €6 no-show fee. Other memberships or class packs: loss of credit. This helps prevent empty spots in class and allows waitlisted clients to join. Please cancel through your online account.
